be gently cleaned by hand using
a mild detergent and soft cloth.
Do not submerge in water. Resin trays may turn yellow over time; this is a natural occurance.

All orders will ship via USPS or Fed Ex Ground. Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail within 72 hours confirming your order. You will receive another e-mail once the item has shipped with tracking information.

USPS/Fed Ex will attempt to deliver to your address three times. Why Girls Go Astray is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package. Should you waive signature upon delivery,

DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact us within 5 days of receiving
We will replace your item and reship as soon as USPS/Fed Ex has inspected and obtained possession of the
original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for an exchange, credit or combination of both within 10 days of receiving the item.
To make a return, please email email@example.com for a return authorization BEFORE you send back the item. Why Girls Go Astray is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization only. Please contact us by email or phone to receive your RMA. Do not send any item(s) back to us with out an RMA. Your package will be refused.
Products must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging. Items that can not be re-sold as new (including packaging) will result in up to a 33% restocking fee.
Customers may return packages via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS, however we suggest that you ship using a traceable and insured method as customers are fully responsible for all items until they are received by our returns department.
If a package is refused by the customer or returned to sender, we will deduct the amount of the return shipping from the return.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs for your order nor do we pay for you to return items to us.
